Is More people causing Mischief necessary. . .

It used to be that Santa Claus, the Tooth Fairy (who can not always make it on time) and the Easter Bunny were the only special visitors to your house. During the years between Chelsea and Marky, things have changed. Apparently, with Marky's age group you now have

Leprechauns coming to your house.

So Marky waited all day for the Leprechauns to show up at our house and leave a treat. The Leprechauns must have been causing mischief at other people's houses because they did not show up until right before bedtime.

Marky excitedly followed clues around the house hoping that there would be a treat.

The treat was found in Steven's room. Glad to know that we can blame the leprechauns for making such a huge mess in Steven's room.

St Patrick's Day Party

Chelsea and Logan hosted another "Book Club" for neighborhood girls. They are raising money to go on the Disneyland Tour with the school dance team. Chelsea and Logan have been so good about planning "Book Clubs" for the neighborhood girls. Love that these girls have found a way to not only earn money but develop great skills in party planning and childcare.

They played games together as all the cute K-2 graders arrived.

They then read some cute Leprechaun stories.

They then split in two groups. With Chelsea taking one group and going on a treasure hunt and Logan starting on a craft.

The girls made the cutest rainbow craft. Thank you to Tracy!!

Now, Logan is taking her groups of girls on a treasure hunt to look for the Pot of Gold.

They followed these clues left by a Leprechaun which led them to the pot of gold.

Since the party was on St. Patrick's Day, of course, Chelsea had to teach the girls some Irish Dance steps.

We then prepared a "Lucky" snack.

An Italian Birthday Dinner

We went to a fun Italian dinner with these three fun people.

One in particular was especially excited to be getting out of the house.

Steve looks like a giant next to Kaye.

Matt even came home for the weekend.

The birthday girls were serenaded.

My mom's dessert went back twice. When we say LOTS of whip cream, we mean an entire plate of whip cream mounded high on top and a little dessert on the side.
